It was starting fine the other day and now nothing.

I charged the battery and replaced to solinoide, but when I go to start it there is no sound at all. All my lights all turn on as well as inside. what could be the problem? please help cause i really dont want to walk to work. Thanks.

Do you have a multi meter or test light to do some testing?

You should have battery voltage on the red wire tote starter and battery voltage at the black wire to the starter with the key in the start position.

This is not really an answer but may help you. I've just discovered that there is a solenoid on the firewall and also one on the starter. I've been trying like heck to find out if this is the way my car was made but no luck yet
