Engine it was idling, then stopped and now it will not start

replaced ECM, CKS, ignition and electrical switches. It was running, after replaced ECM. The fuses are okay. ASD and fuel pump relays replaced.
used testing light, power to everything relays, coil.

If you spray starting fluid into the intake, does it start and run for a few seconds? Also, can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank when you turn the key on without cranking the engine over?
