Will not start after timing belt replacement

Just had engine rebuilt it has fuel fire and will not start. It has fuel and fire.

Hello,

Okay, for your engine to start it needs three things. 1) Fuel 2) Spark(delivered at the proper time) 3) Compression. So if you are getting fuel and spark, assuming the spark is getting there at the proper time, let's start by checking your engine's compression. I have included below a link for you to go to:
