1992 Isuzu Truck no fuel

i cant get any fuel threw the throllrbody injectors if i jump them off the bat they spray but wont work buy the key i got power to one side but the arenot cycleing if i ground the side that is not hot with key on it will spray

The way you described it sounds like the computer injector ground driver circuits are defective
