1990 Isuzu Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 185000 miles

ENGINE RUNS FOR 10 SECONDS AFTER STARTING,
IF I REMOVE THE ALTERNATOR RELAY, ENGINE WILL
RUN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM (ALL DRIVE BELTS WERE REMOVED DURING REPAIRS AND ARE STILL OFF)

replace the belts and try it again !!
