Having a problem with oil pumping into the water system. Removed cyl head and replaced gasket. Removed oil cooler and replaced cooler and cover. The oil pumps out of the sump into the radiator in 5 minutes while on idle. The alternator was repaired prior to this problem if there is a connection. Could there be a core plug in the block near a water jacket that could be faulty.

Did you get the head checked ie crack tested?
Does your engine have an air compressor, some air compressors are water cooled, oil lubricated?
