I have a 2002 Trooper. Recently the check engine light has started flashing. When I put the analyzer on it for codes, nothing comes up, everything passes. Tis happens occasionally, and not all of the time. Any ideas on what this means????

Hi there,if you are not getting a set fault code, you may have a problem with in the ECU. What i would do is test the fault gathering ability of the ECU by inducing a known fault. Remove the plug from the TPI and start and rev engine, then shutdown and re scan, if the TPI has not set a code, you will have an issue with the ECU.
