I am replacing the transmission. Should I also replace the transfer case? What consequences of not doing so. What else should I do when replacing the transmission?

The t-case should be ok, they are seperated by a seal, and shouldnt share any fluid. I would flush the trans cooler in the radiator at minimum. If the old trans blew up big time, then you may want to consider having the trans cooler replaced or replacing the entire radiator
