1995 Isuzu Trooper high oil pressure

I would like to know what could cause my oil pressure is about 180 psi and never drops below 85 psi. Also I would like to know what is normal oil pressure for this make and model.

The oil pump pressure relief valve is not opening- at normal operating temperature should read 57-80psi @ 3K rpm
