1994 Isuzu Trooper Clutch

When I engaged the clutch, the clutch pedal dropped. Is there a lack of fluids? As I understand this vehicle does not have a clutch cable but uses hydraulics.

by dropped do you mean it juststays down because if so its the slave or master cylinder or both. i had the same problem
