1987 Isuzu Trooper gas tank

I am trying to take the gas tank off of my trooper. I got the the tree bolts off on the passenger side of the tank but the three bolts on the passenger side are wierd. They are square ith indentions on the corners of the bases. Anybody know how to take them loose?

Are they studs that are tacked in the frame? I cant find any reference of needing special tools in my software.See if there are nuts on top of them and loosen them .

Yes thank you. They are attached to the frame and I had to unscrew them from the top. You have been very helpful.
