2003 Isuzu Rodeo Question Oxygen Sensor Issues

I had check engine light & codes for both oxygens sensor heaters. I replaced both oxygen sensors & reset the codes. After a few miles both codes came back. Could the problem be the O2 heater fuse? If so, where it it located? Could the problem be the coolant sensor? If so, where is it located?
