2001 Isuzu Rodeo Question noise btween gears

I Just had my transmission rebuilt, and was told that the parts need a couple of days to get to know each other,and the thunk between 2nd and 3rd gear would resolve itself,and the computer would figure all this out. Are these guys from another planet,or am i for agreeing to it. thanks in advance, mot70.

Hi there,

I would be taking it back it sounds as if you have a problem, and the ecu won't do anything about it.
