My fuel gauge goes up and down with a full gas tank. the gas light comes on. then it will go off. i noticed that i'm getting 200 mile to tank vice 300 that i use to get.

Gas mileage and fuel reading
gas mileage calculated by gallons and or liters
where you take how many miles or kilo you drove and divide that by how many gallon or liter to fill it up
(starting with a full tank )
I would suspect a bad fuel gauge in the tank
that giving you fault readings
