2000 Isuzu Rodeo Question Bought New at dealer Transmission

We bought a this car thrua dealer, less then 24 hours later the Check engine light and trasmission light came on. Dealer took it in to check, and said the Fuel pump and Trasmissoin sensor was out also that it would be best to go ahead and replace the trasmission. Dealer is willing to split the cost 50/50 as it was bought as is.
Is this vehicle worth fixing or should I jsut get my money back and keep looking.

If it has a fuel pump error code as well, get rid of it.Not a good way to start off, may be other problems to follow.
