1998 Isuzu Rodeo Question
----------------------------------------------------------------
I jump started another car with my Isuzu, and I didn't turn on my engine before starting the other car. I initially didn't think much of it because both cars were working fine after the jump. However, my electrical systems started to go out. I dont think that I blew a fuse because the car was operating well for a while, but after a while the electrical systems started to go out, and now the car wont start. I'm wondering if I had messed up the battery and now it wont hold a charge, or if its more likely something else.

I'm an idiot.

Hi there,

I would first scan the ECU and check for fault codes, fit a fully charged battery and if it starts check the charge rate as you may have damaged the alternator or blown a charge fuse if fitted. stat here.
