1997 Isuzu Rodeo Question Fuel System

Rodeo will not start. Injecting fuel into throttle body truck will start. Fuel pressure is >40psi but well not start normally. Have change cam shaft position sensor and the truck started twice. OBDII shows no faults?

If spray started it ,then we know it a fuel problem
have fuel pressure over 40 psi (43-55psi),fuel pump is within spec
injectors ???
turn key on check fuse
check fuel injectors wiring harness
red/blu wire for power
check for injector pulse
