1997 Isuzu Rodeo Question Engine Chugging while turning

The engine chugs a bit as I turn or shift the vehicles position such as slowing down, but does fine otherwise. Could it possibly be the fuel filter, or what could the problem be?

I suspect a bad or dirty idle air control valve, also a dirty throttle body will cause this too
