truck wont start fuel pump working and proper pressure but when you turn over it doesnt come out of injectors

The injectors are feed 12 volts constantly with "key on". The ECM "grounds" the injector to make it fire. With key on, check for 12 volts at any injector connector. If no voltage, start checking fuses.
