1994 Isuzu Rodeo Question HARD TO START

OK, here's the problem it's hard to start but when start at idle it's OK but as soon you push the pedal gas cut off , the major tune up it's done, the MAP sensor; the MAF sensor and the TPS has been replace. tanks .
Note: the truck is manual transmission

FUEL pressure ???
i would check fuel pressure
Attach Fuel Pressure Gauge Set and Adapter to outlet side of fuel filter. Disconnect pressure regulator vacuum hose. Turn ignition on. Allow fuel pump to run for about 2 seconds.
2.Fuel system pressure should be about 41-46 psi (2.8-3.2 kg/cm2 ). Start engine and check for leaks. Connect pressure regulator vacuum hose engine at idle 25-35PSI
if not check fuel filter suspect fuel pump
