The rodeo makes a noise at low rpm but at 1900 it stops and does fine good throttle responce no noise only under 1900 rpm what's up.

Since it goes away at higher RPM's It's not the typical lifter crash. Probably the timing belt is rubbing the caseing. At higher speeds, the inertial force keeps it tight, but at low speeds the belt kind of flops around. Have the belt, and tensioner checked.
