Help! I was on my way to work and my gas pedal wouldnt depress all the way and would only go about 30. I came to a stop sign and it wouldnt come back up. I slammed on the breaks and when I let go it went back up to 30. Whats wrong?

Either a missrouted wire, like a plug wire, or stuck cable or throttle. Dissconnect the cable at the throttle body, operate throttle by hand, does it return all the way? If yes replace cable, if no, you may need to replace the throttlebody.
