Hi there, let me know if the valve timing is correct now and how far the crank moved. Have you checked all electrical connections you undid? Run a scan if you can and check any unresolved fault codes, start here.

I don't kno how I moved it I just did on accident because I was tring to read a book on how to replace a water pump and moved the crank pulley on accident so now I have water pump out and put the new one in already so I go to see if my truck would start before I put everything else back and it didn't start I didn't take any electrical out or any thing. Now what do you think I should do? Do you have any ideas or suggestion to go about this problem of my?

You have checked that the valve timing is correct? Do you have spark? Do you have fuel pressure? Do you have injection pulse? Check all these and have a scan done as well, we must know if there is any unresolved fault codes to deal with, you do not always have a check light with all codes.
