1992 Isuzu Rodeo Question 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I have a rodeo that will turn over but wont start its been sitting for a while and it use to run I changed the plugs and made sure its getting fuel but now the compression is low its getting anywhere from 35-65 pounds of pressure in the cylenders what could I do to bring it back up

Those pressures are way too low-What happened

Put a tablespoon of 30 weight oil in each cylinder and crank engine over a few times -put sparkplugs back in and attempt to start it-No start check the timing belt/chain.
