i have a 97 Rodeo 3.2L V6 . I bought a OBD2 Digital reader. 6 of 12 monitors are self testing themselves and wont allow the truck to charge the battery.Seems the PCM(Power Control Module) is self testing itself still even with the New PCM.
The reader wont give a code since the PCM is testing the monitors so it seems.
I replaced the Computer/Alternator /ECM Relay switch.
also..The BRAKE/ Battery are lit on instrument panel. . Is there a way to reset the PCM? Is there a switch to hit to reset this?
