2005 Other Isuzu Models Engine crankshaft bearing failure

my car break down due to a major failure in crankshaft bearing in piston 2 only, I would like to know what could be the causes for such cases?
Is it the oil pump or somthing else? Pls advise.

Lack of lubrication that can stem from lack of oil changes. Coolant or Fuel in oil.

I would go with a used or reman motor.
