1999 Other Isuzu Models Not start the engine

1999 Other Isuzu Models Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have isuzu elf tipper(year 19999) which was not started when engine was hot(after run), but it can be start by pushing. Also can be starts normally when engine is cool. Please tell me why is that happening?
