1998 Isuzu Hombre clutch problem

Had mine done yesterday. Tranny has to be removed to fix slave cylinder. 70 bucks for part and 400 for labor. Fill master cylinder and pump the clutch pedal fast for about 20 seconds. Will probably shift with truck running for maybe a minute then it won't shift at all until truck is turned off
