1993 Other Isuzu Models won't idle, rough sound, missing at

My Isuzu Amigo has been running great, 2 days ago when I started it, it wouldn't idle, sounded rough, and have to keep the RPMs up so it won't cut off. I changed the spark plugs today, no difference. At accleration it runs very smooth, at cruise speed you can tell a little missing. What should I check next? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi rdlivengood,

If there is no check engine light showing, clean the throttle body with carb cleaner and adjust the idling.

If MAF is utilised, check for vacumn leakage between it and the throttle body.
