1993 Other Isuzu Models what wrong wit it

I have a 93 Isuzu pickup and I cant seem 2 find out whats wrong with it. It misses while its idleing but when you take off it doesn't miss until I let off of the gas.

It will come on for a second after I drive it for a while but it will go right off.

It may just need a tune up, plugs, plug wires,

If I were you I'd go to a local auto parts and they can run diagnostic test on it for free and tell you exactly what cylinder is miss firing.
