2002 Isuzu Axiom over heating

Why could my vehicle still be over heating on me if I have changed out all the parts that I could think of that would cause it to overheat and nothing seems to work?

Parts:
Water pump
Thermostat
Radiator
Timing belt
Coolant sensor
