Issues with gear shifting (first, second and third) when driving the car.

Issues with gear shifting (first, second and third) when driving the car. Shifts fine if engine turned off. Changed transmission fluid, replaced clutch master cylinder, normal level of clutch fluid in the reservoir. Where to look next? Should I drop down the tranny and replace the clutch and flywheel?

How did you bleed the clutch system?
