Issues with Freon intake

So I bought this vehicle last week and wanted to charge my AC because it was not blowing cold air. I bought some 134a Freon and connected it to the low pressure Servicing Port. It did not take it in at all. So I went ahead and jump started my compressor with a paperclip. Still no Freon intake. I am not sure what to do at this point. Was wondering if you would be able to help me.

Hello, I am Danny.

Have you noticed if the A/C compressor is cycling? When the system is very low sometimes it takes a long time for it to start entering the system. I am attaching a tutorial showing what is involved. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
