Issues after transmission flush?

This is for a car I am contemplating buying. Some info on the CarFax is troubling me.

The CVT transmission was flushed around 32,000 miles. I’m aware the CVTs should have fluid changed around 30,000 but have seen that flushing is not recommended.

It appears on or around 2/15/24 and 43,919 miles the car was traded in. On 2/16, 43,922 miles according to the CarFax, the Honda dealer replaced axle seal(s). I read that these can break down over time, but I’ve read several CarFaxes for Honda Fits (2017-2020 model years) and have never seen this. I’m concerned this is due to the flushing.

I know the CVT transmissions can have issues and can’t easily be repaired, so may need to be replaced at a cost of up to $7000.

Could the flushing be responsible for ruined axle seals? And how heavily would this influence your decision to buy this car? One owner (lease) oil changes roughly every 7000 miles, no accidents reported, asking $22,000 including all fees and taxes and it is a CPO. However, the dealer site states the CPO gives only one year power train warranty, which I believe is not what I have seen on other dealer sites.
