Issues after replacing water pump and thermostat

I replace my thermostats and water pump but now when I start the car it seems like I have to crank it over more and makes a weird noise right before it starts. Also, if I press the gas it will make a rubbing type of noise. It was never like this be for replaced the parts.

Recheck your work you might have belt installed wrong. Normally diagram is under hood for that. Also, it may be a hose rubbing from water pump replacement.
