Issue of vibration

I have the vehicle listed above T30 model. it gets a vibration when the gear is engaged and also the vibration increases if the AC is on. Why does it happen? please give some solution if possible.

Hello,

As a first step check engine mounts and transmission mounts.check visually if any hydraulic oil leak from them or the rubber is deformed (cutted).

Also, if you could remove the serpentine belt and then start the engine to see if the vibration is still there? Here is a guide to help walk you through the steps:
