Clutch was replaced and now only have 1, 3, 5 no 2, 4, reverse. What are some known causes of this?

The most likely reason would be that the shift linkage on the transmission is not adjusted properly or something is blocking it from moving. More likely the latter as it does seem to move the linkage in one direction. The cables connect to the transmission and push/pull the linkages to shift the gears. I would start at the transmission and make sure the shift linkage there moves properly with nothing blocking it. Because you can shift into the other gears I doubt it is anything internal to the transmission.
