Is this error code accidentally light up or real transmission problem?

3 weeks ago car started shuddering, when stop and gasing slowly, found the coolant was all black from pouring coolant on it without clean flushing. Emptied it with water and clean not done professionally. Able to drive home that day. Next day car won't turn on battery was drained and code p1746 showed, then jumped battery and car started again. But code was reset by me .Two days later started shuddering and stopping again. So replaced battery and alternator. Drove that same day and a little shuddering but now 2 weeks later it is fine no shuddering. But codes p1746 and p1778 was pending. So is my car safe now or does it really have a transmission problem. Did the flush accidentally got water on the electric wire that triggered a faulty transmission code? Can I drive far for 2 hrs or more?
I been driving 45 mins and daily and no problems though.

You have intermittent shuddering and show those two codes and are right in the range where those JATCO CVTs like to fail. P1778 is a failing step control inside the transaxle, that is the unit that controls the chain position as it shifts on the pulleys. The other code is related to that and is a failure in the hydraulic control system.
Unfortunately they are very common with them and in 90% of the cases you replace the transmission with either a new or rebuilt unit. With the current errors I wouldn't drive it very far as a CVT failure is commonly a very rapid thing once it starts to show symptoms.
