I am having problems with buying parts for my truck. On the front of my hood it says GMC, inside, embedded on the dash, it says Silverado with the Chevrolet sign. I Google images of this truck and I'm crossed between the Sierra or the c10. It says Silverado's weren't manufactured yet or called something else. Please help, I'm working with one beastly truck.

Good afternoon,

The 1973-1977 bodies were the same in both GMC and Chevrolet. The parts are interchangeable over the years.

That is why you see some Silverado parts on your GMC.

What parts do you need?

Radiator. Also, do you have any advice for what's the best thing I can do for a truck that's been sitting over 20 years? Other than fluid exchange, flush gas tank, replace spark plugs oil filter, are filter, and clean the carburetor?
When I drive it, it has what my friend tells me "it's charged" what does that mean?

And why is it kind of wobbly and jumpy? What would make my truck function like this? What are major indications that their may be possible damage, or even danger shall I proceed to drive it?

Okay, yes to all the fluids.

The tires need to be replaced as well. They are most likely dry rotted and flat-spotted.

I have no idea what your friend means.

I attached the radiator for you as well. Rock Auto has all the parts you will need.
