Is there a way to reset the fuel guage

I reset the maintenance required light on my car and when I did that something went wrong with the fuel gauge. Before I reset it my car said it had just under a half a tank of gas and said I had 118 miles to empty. now it is saying I have 8 miles and the fuel gauge is on empty.

Hello,

There are 6 fuses that run the instrument cluster. here is a guide to help check them and the cluster wiring which shows which fuses to check with the fuse locations in the diagrams below:
