Is the rust on this car too much

Hello
I'm considering importing a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (Lexus GX) from Japan. The car was manufactured in December 2013 and mikeage is only 100 kms. Everything is good about the car, except the fact that it has a little rust under the body due to sitting idle. I would like to know if the rust is bad enough for me to not buy this car or a little paint would eliminate the problem? Would really appreciate your input. Please look at the attached pictures.

Thanks for your reply. So do you recommend buying the suv? Would the rust result to any maintenance issues in future?

The rust might after about 15 or so years. I do not recommend buying cars as I cannot personally inspect them.
