Is the order of cylinders 1, 2, 3, 4 from left to right?

Change the spark plug wires and pretty sure we have the sequence right 1342 but the car won't start.

Hi,

You are correct. If you stand at the front of the vehicle, the cylinders are (from left to right) 1, 2, 3, and 4. See pics below.

Also, the firing order is 1,3,4,2.
