Sometimes will rev up on it's own?

When driving to takeoff real slow sometimes will rev up on it's own trying to change gears and can't get stuck on Hill's

The lights on the dash need to be identified and a scanner/ scan tool needs to plugged in and record all the different codes that show.Then get the information from each code.There may be a retail auto store in your area. Some will give you a list after they scan it...
