Is it okay that the yellow sticker on SRS clock spring pulled out

I just got a yellow sticker between srs clock spring and steering wheel , is this sticker functiong or may cause anything inside ?

this sticker is just for warnings letting people know it is not a repairable part if it came off you cannot put it back on anyhow. if you read it if you can it just gives all the warnings in different languages so people will know.
