I need to know if 90 lb of torque on the head bolts is total because I did not understand 3 turns of 90. Is 90 lb torque the total on the Suzuki head torque sequence because I do not understand 3 turns of 90.

No, that is 3 turns of 90 degrees. 90 degrees is 1/4 turn. So basically 3/4 of a turn after the initial 18 ft lbs which is just to get it started down flat. Go around all of the bolts the first time, 1/4 turn, then do them all again 1/4 turn then all one last time 1/4 turn.
