My car drives really well, the exhaust as a hole that make the car a bit louder... allowing me to hear that the engine may not be running as smoothly as it seems. I am thinking there might be a misfire in 1 cylinder or something else. The RPM is steady, but the sounds varies in a cycle. What else could it be?

Hi,

You have 220,000 miles on a 2020 vehicle? Please confirm. Also, have you pulled diagnostic trouble codes? Here is a video showing how it is done:

Now, I realize most people don't own a scanner. However, often times a parts store will do it free of charge for you, or they will lend/rent a scanner to you. If you do have a misfire, it should show as a P0301 if it is the number 1 cylinder.

Do this and let me know what you find.
