Engine Performance problem
1979 International Scout V8 All Wheel Drive 100000 miles

loss of power only when put in gear? timing,plugs,cap,rotor, coil, carburator. all correct?

if everything is ok like carb and ignition, then make sure your filters aren't plugged, like fuel and air. then put a vacuum gauge on the intake and if your vacuum is 15" or below at idle check for a plugged exaust. it may have jumped time at the timing chain as well due to your mileage...
