I need to know how to adjust the fuel input into the carb. It gets way to much fuel and its causing it to choke out. When It shift it into Drive it stalls out. I have to keep it on a higher idle because if a run it at a normal idle it will cut off after a few minutes.

first thing to do is to see if the choke plate is staying closed and not opening when it warms off. There should be a choke pull of which is vacuum operated. they can be replaced without taking the carb apart. Otherwise your carb may be in for an overhaul or replacement.
