Internal Parts of my Car do not Work.

My Mazda 929 with a battery will only allow the Break lights and Low/High beams to work.
The engine will not start, The Internal Lighting wont Go, Air con wont wont, Dash Board lighting does not light up and i have no idea what is wrong.
I have checked the Fuse Box, the wiring and I just don't know.

Please Help!

check the positive battery cable and the fuses that attach to it. Make sure that the battery cable is clean and making good contact. Those smaller wires on the POS cable go to various systems on your car. It is possible for the brake lights to get power, yet the part of the cable which sends power to the starter is making a bad contact or on of the fuses which attach to the cable is blown.
