Ongoing but intermittent surging, rpm needle wavers 0-1000, sometimes with fuel smell. Had filters cleaned, other than one in fuel tank. Also this week. Sensor replaced in exhaust. Regularly serviced. Sometimes cuts out. Happens when slowing or on low revs

At the present time the car is ok - fingers crossed - a sensor in the exhaust was replaced. Thankyou for your response. If the problem reoccurs I will get this done. Thank you.
